COVID-19 policy

At National Taxation we have been monitoring the advice from government and health authorities in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely. It is critical that we put the health of our clients and staff as our number one priority, while we also try to do our part for the community to help abate this pandemic.


  • Until 31 December 2021, we are not taking on any new clients

  • Based on the Victorian Government restrictions, in person appointments are only available for fully vaccinated individuals. Face masks are required for all in person appointments.

  • Zoom/Skype/web chat or telephone appointments are available on request

  • Frequent workplace deep cleaning & disinfection.

  • Availability of santiser stations throughout our workplace.

  • Disciplined social/physical distancing practiced.

  • To support contact tracing, any individual (including staff) that attend our workplace must provide their name and mobile telephone number. This will be facilitated by using the Victorian Government QR code.

  • Clear & regular communications on ways to limit the spread of germs and responsible behaviour if feeling unwell.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these measures, but we have a duty of care and need to make sure we take appropriate measures to help limit the spread of the virus and support the required social distancing.
