Read How To Sign Using Other Devices Windows Desktop or Laptop 1. Right-click the PDF → Open with → Microsoft Edge. 2. Click the pen icon on the top toolbar. 3. Use your mouse or touchpad to sign. 4. Save (Ctrl + S) and attach the file to your reply email. Samsung / Android Devices 1. Download the PDF attachment. 2. Open with Samsung Notes or built-in PDF Viewer. 3. Tap the pen/markup icon. 4. Draw your signature with your finger or use “Add Signature.” 5. Save and attach the signed file to your email. Google / Other Phones 1. Open the PDF in the Files by Google app or a PDF viewer. 2. Tap the Edit or Markup option. 3. Add your signature and save. 4. Reply to your email and attach the signed file.
